a 3rd party and have it delivered to the funeral home. This alone

Hawaii is the newest of US
States, and the only state made up entirely of islands. The center of population
of Hawaii is located directly between the two islands of Oahu and Moloka.
Hawaii has a de facto population of approximately 1.3 million, this is
due to military presence and tourists. Oahu, which is nicknamed "The Gathering
Place", is the most populous island (and the one with the highest population
density), with a resident population of just under one million in 597 square
miles. The average projected lifespan of those born in Hawaii is
79.8 years (77.1 years if male, 82.5 if female), longer than the residents
of any other state.
There are approximately 60
funeral homes and cemeteries located in Hawaii. The Cremation Association
of North America reports that in 2000, about 60 percent of Hawaii's 8,500
dead were cremated, the highest rate in the nation. The Hawaii Funeral
Directors Association serves the funeral industry profession, and the association
has made great efforts over recent years to improve the regulation of the
industry.
